Comfortable room, awesome view of the ocean. Clean facilities. Recommend this resort.

Staff was good, the room need one more curtain to block the entire patio door we had to use a blanket to block a quarter of the door, 38 dollars for parking is a bit much. You can hear a lot through the wall including kids streaming and the room door as well

It is what I needed, Wednesday-FRIDAY, practically vacant, except for a few people. Very quiet, peaceful and no noise!! I'll be back next year to recharge and get mental clarity, complete relaxation!

Beach view and 20 steps from the beach with access! This is everything for me. Room was very clean, bed comfortable. Deck door lock was broken, but a manual metal pole lock with permanent mounting was provided, which worked perfectly. Bathroom was small, but so what. Shower was modern and had great water pressure. Mounted soap dispenser was empty, annoying as i forgot to bring soap. Room had fridge, kitcen sink, stove, glasses, plates etc Desk staff friendly and helpful, but not there 24 hours. Ample parking. Pool was covered, was a rainy weekend, but looked very nice, plenty of lounge chairs. I visited early in season, so was very quiet. I will definately stay here again.

Amazing location, right on the beach. Staff were all super nice and accommodating. They provide beach chairs and umbrellas to use on the beach. First come first serve. Pool was well maintained. Room has AC for hot summer nights, but we turned it off and opened the windows to listen to the waves while falling asleep. That's how close we were to the beach!

My family stayed here this past June. While the prices everywhere in montauk were ridiculous (peak season) we truly enjoyed our stay at ocean surf . There was clear communication for check in. Although we arrived late night they provided us with our keypad access so we could go straight to our room after a long drive. We then finalized the check in the next morning at the front desk so overall a smooth check in experience. I was wary because most resorts in the area that were in our budget had very little photos or the photos shown were VERY dated. But to our surprise, our room was updated, comfortable & clean (I wish I had pictures). We booked the 5 person room with two double beds & a futon and there was more than enough space for my family. We were provided more than enough towels, toiletries & appliances (hair dryer, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, small dining table). The bathroom was small, but clean & got the job done. Every employee I’ve encountered during our stay were very friendly & helpful. The location was perfect, walkable to a lot of spots, short drives to everywhere else. The beach access was great, I loved lounging on the lounge chairs along the pool facing the beach! I didn’t get to try the pool cuz it was too cold during the time we went. Parking at the time was tight cuz they were fully booked, but we didn’t have any issues finding a spot. I’m overall satisfied with our stay & would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for accommodations in this area!

We stayed here for 2 nights and the Oceanview room was outstanding. The resort is in walking distance from the main part of town. Even though we didn't use the pool, it was clean and observed by a staff member all day until 7pm. The staff at the front desk was very informative and friendly. Check in and check out couldn't be any easier. Housekeeping came in and did a thorough cleaning and replaced any used towels and bedding. Yes, the bathroom was a little tight and the rooms were dated. All around though I give it 5 stars, and definitely will return in the future.
